Ynyslas House is approximately a third of a mile from the world famous Derwen International Welsh Cob Centre and enjoys BREATHTAKING VIEWS of Cardigan Bay. The 4 star house stands on its own in a quiet rural situation some three miles from the picturesque Georgian town of Aberaeron. A little further south are the sandy beaches and seaside villages of the Ceredigion Heritage coast at Newquay, Llangrannog, Tresaith and Aberporth. Just to the north is the University town and seaside resort of Aberystwyth, with its castle, museums, Arts Centre, pubs, restaurants, funicular railway and Camera Obscura. The area offers something for everyone - walking, ancient sites and castles, golf and fishing as well as more strenuous activities such as canoeing and quad biking.

Ynyslas House which is double-glazed throughout, is modern and comfortable offering 3 bedrooms sleeping five people. On the first floor there is a double room with views to the sea and a single room with views over the orchard and farmland. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom. The shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin is also on the ground floor. The comfortable lounge with views to the sea has an electric 'woodburner' style heater. There is a separate living / dining room with a woodburner and a TV with DVD. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is heating throughout Ynyslas House and fuel for heating and cooking is included. Bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome but smoking is not permitted. Outside is a large lawned garden and orchard with a barbeque area together with parking for 2/3 cars.

Ynyslas House offers a comfortable base for exploring the whole of West Wales; remote mountains, unspoiled countryside and spectacular coast.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
